Capitol Dental Care Inc ., Oregon's largest dental contractor and AllCare, a Coordinated Care Organization based in Grants Pass, Ore., have signed an agreement to offer dental coverage to Jackson and Josephine county residents enrolled in the Oregon Health Plan, forming one of the first CCOs in the state to include dental care.
