Portland man who sued orthodontist after wearing braces for 11 years drops lawsuit

Devin Bost, who filed the suit last August in Multnomah County Circuit Court, claimed that Eugene orthodontist Brad Chvatal never should have allowed him to keep his braces on so long, from ages 7 to 18. Although 7 isn't an unheard of age to start wearing braces any more , most orthodontists treat patients for about two years.
