Suspected burglar jumps off roof, captured after break-in at Southeast Portland dental office

Portland police responded at 8:22 a.m. to a burglary at 13908 S.E. Stark St. While en route, officers were getting updates from employees at Sonitrol Alarm, who reported hearing noises from inside the business and the rooftop.
