Patterson Companies to acquire Mercer Mastery, terms not disclosed Patterson Companies announced an all-cash purchase agreement to acquire Mercer Mastery, a subsidiary of Mercer Advisors.Through the acquisition, Patterson will gain Mercer's proprietary OnTrack dental practice performance software system.
