Dad accused of letting kid's teeth rot, now charged with perjury

Jessica Hoffman and Ken Wanamaker are facing charges for allegedly allowing their six-year-old daughter's teeth to rot so badly that a dentist said it could have been deadly. He told authorities he was at a treatment facility in Lebanon, Lebanon County, when he allegedly skipped out on court-ordered drug tests.
