Court upholds prior ruling that firing 'attractive' assistant is legal

On July 12, the Iowa Supreme Court reaffirmed its Dec. 2012 ruling that the firing of dental hygienist, Melissa Nelson , on the grounds that she was too attractive was totally kosher.
