Abano defends controversial special meeting date

Abano Healthcare Group sees no justification in changing what it says is a legally valid date for its special meeting on June 13. The group, which includes Lumino The Dentist, is facing a divisive vote following a move by dissident shareholders to remove chairman Trevor Janes.
