Enfield Dentist Faces Final Hearing Dec. 3; Had Ellington Patient Die In His Chair

The state Dental Commission on Dec. 3 will consider recommendations that Enfield dentist Rashmi Patel, who had an Ellington woman die in his chair after a full-mouth extraction, should never again treat a patient under sedation.
