JoAnn "Tuby" Dodrill, 79, of 15 South Edgar Street, Kane, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday afternoon, November 15, 2014 at her residence. Born January 3, 1935 in Wellsburg, W.Va., she was the daughter of Vernon M. and Blanche E. McCracken Simpson.
