La Crosse dentist office buys candy back from Trick-or-Treating

To help take the treats off parents' hands, Neighborhood Smiles Dental in La Crosse is buying candy back from them as part of the nationwide "Halloween Candy Buy Back" program. Dentists all across the country paid $1 for every pound of candy brought in.
