The Blue Ribbon Foundation of Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania recently awarded a $7,000 grant to the Luzerne County Community College Benco Dental Clinic. The clinic is staffed by LCCC faculty and students, local dentists and volunteers who provide training oversight and patient services.
