Tis the season of giving

Bruce Stygall is one of many Salvation Army volunteers who gives his time to collect charitable donations in Richmond BC. Dec. 2014 y by numerous groups in and around Richmond, the holidays comprise all of those elements as charitable efforts are aplenty.
