WGH strategic plan detailed at meeting; new CEO introduced

In addition to introducing the new Walk In Care service at Warren General Hospital during the hospitals's annual public board meeting on Wednesday, Chief Operating Officer Randy California spoke of a strategic plan for improved clinical quality, improved access to local care, partnerships and cost reductions. Board President Carmen Ferrante introduced Richard Allen, the new chief executive officer for WGH, who will take the reins next week.
