Enfield Dentist Arrested On Charge Of Negligent Homicide

A dentist who had a woman die in his chair last year has been charged with criminally negligent homicide, the town's police chief said Wednesday. Rashmi Patel turned himself in Tuesday night on a warrant for his arrest, Chief Carl Sferrazza said.
