Celebration planned for Smiles of Hope anniversary

Organizers are planning an event on March 28, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. at the Smiles of Hope Clinic which is located at the Lighthouse Church in Dexter. The clinic started as a 4 field chair clinic, and has grown into a 10 chair fully operational dental mission.
