Tarpon Springs police to announce breakthrough in doctor slaying case

Chief Robert P. Kochen is scheduled to announce Wednesday afternoon a "breakthrough" in the case of a 74-year-old doctor who was killed inside his home last year. On May 28, Dr. Steven Patlin Schwartz's wife arrived at their home at 1310 Belcher Drive and found the house had been burglarized.
