Patterson Companies ( PDCO +0.8% ) acquires National Veterinary Services Limited, the largest distributor of veterinary products and services in the United Kingdom. Under the terms of the agreement, PDCO will acquire all of the outstanding shares of NVS for 87.5M (approximately $135M) in cash.
