A funeral will be held on Thursday for retired Clitheroe dentist and respected Rotarian Mr Kenneth Bowker, who has died aged 95. A community stalwart, Mr Bowker gave 50 years' service to the Rotary Club of Clitheroe, for which he was awarded the Paul Harris Fellowship, the Rotary Club's highest award.
