Washington County Project Homeless Connect draws hundreds of people in need, volunteers at daylong event

The owner of Moxie's salon, just off the light-rail line in downtown Hillsboro, was giving the veteran and former inmate a free trim as part of an event Friday, Jan. 24, to serve the homeless in Washington County.
