On November 6, 2013, the New Jersey Board of Dentistry published a notice that it received a petition for rulemaking on behalf of the New Jersey Dental Society requesting that the Board adopt rules to establish guidance with respect to the corporate and/or unlicensed practice of dentistry in NJ.
