Tiny, slimy organisms that coat themselves in sugary, sticky webs of tentacles then hook themselves together like Velcro, forming chains and sheets and gluing themselves onto your children's gums and teeth. Once fastened there, like barnacles on a boat, on your babies' pearly smiles, the bacteria secrete acid, rotting holes right through the tooth enamel.
