Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court , entered June 24, 2013 in Washington County, which denied plaintiff's motion to set aside a verdict in favor of defendants. Plaintiff commenced this action to recover for injuries she allegedly sustained when her vehicle was struck from the rear by a tractor trailer driven by defendant Daniel Fairfield.
