Community leaders, educators celebrate fruition of project

Dignitaries prepare to cut the ribbon Friday, April 10, 2015, for the new Robert M. Rogers Nursing and Health Sciences Building on the Tyler Junior College campus in Tyler. The new, state-of-the-art facility houses educational and laboratory facilities for training future generations of nurses at the school.
