Attorney Alan Rome of the Hartford Law firm Rome Clifford Katz & Koerner, LLP secured a $770,357.65 jury verdict on Friday April 10, 2015, in the Hartford Superior Court in a lawsuit filed against the Town of West Hartford for failing to maintain its sidewalks in safe condition under Connecticut General Statutes section 13a-149.
