Retired dentist accused of securities fraud

A retired dentist has been accused of using $125,000 given to him by four investors for personal expenses, such as casino gambling and credit-card payments, the state said today. Russell Bowermaster is charged in Butler County in southwestern Ohio with four counts of theft, three counts of securities fraud and three counts of misrepresentations in the sale of securities.
