UC student doctors' strike hits region

Job walkoffs by UC doctors spread to Southern California on Saturday, as physicians and dentists at univeristy student health centers went on strike. Picket lines went up at UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Riverside, UC Santa Barbara and UC San Diego as the strike spread from UC campuses in the Bay Area and Central Valley.
