Windham County reps back water cleanup

BRATTLEBORO >> Windham County's representatives are in unanimous agreement: Vermont must invest millions of dollars into restoring and protecting water quality statewide. The county's dozen representatives each cast votes Thursday in favor of H.35, which aims to clean up pollution in Lake Champlain and other waterways while reducing polluted runoff from farms, roads and other developed areas.
