Dentist arrested on suspicion of arson at competitor offices

The Ventura County Sheriff's Department says Weinstein already had attracted the attention of authorities when on Wednesday surveillance video captured him setting fire to a dental office in Camarillo. The building, which was not badly damaged, housed a dental office where flammable liquids were found on the roof in June.
