Unsatisfied with how a situation involving his son falling on the playground was addressed by a school nurse, a father of a Head Start prekindergarten student at Green Holly Elementary School said he has filed a complaint with the Maryland Board of Nursing. Todd Mattingly said he got a phone call at the end of the school day last month from the school's nurse letting him know that his 5-year-old son had fallen on the playground.
