Lexington restaurant serves free meal to those in need

The Lexington -based restaurant group served a full-course, sit-down meal to dozens of people in need at Sal's on Tates Creek Road. A thousand pounds of turkey, along with mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce and an assortment of desserts served in one of Lexington's finest restaurants awaits an estimated two thousand guests this Thanksgiving.
