Notorious London gangster 'Mad' Frankie Fraser dies aged 90

In his 1960s heyday, Fraser was known as an enforcer who inflicted violence on behalf of the two gangs that dominated London - the Kray twins and the Richardson brothers. He earned the nickname "The Dentist" for his approach to dealing with gang victims by pulling out their teeth with pliers.
