We need to ask serious questions about Jarrod Tutko's death: Starla Williams

Jarrod Tutko Sr. and Kimberly Tutko and their six children lived a few doors down from me on Green Street. I didn't know them but I have a good idea how it may have come to pass that they are facing such serious charges for the death of their son, nine-year old Jarrod Jr. He is said to have had Fragile X syndrome, a cause of autism.
