Winnipeg police identified Ronald Walter Peterson, 68, as the Winnipeg man at the centre of a lengthy child-abuse investigation. The investigation culminated with a series of charges that involve five young boys in incidents dating back more than 15 years, Winnipeg police announced Saturday.
