Nazareth man wanted after forging dentist's signature for painkiller, police say

Nazareth police have issued a warrant for the arrest of Jason Bartha for forging a Wind Gap dentist's signature, according to court documents. A 37-year-old Nazareth man is wanted after trying to pass a forged prescription at a borough pharmacy in order to acquire narcotics, according to court documents.
