NHS England announced this morning that Queen Street Dental Practice in Budleigh Salterton will close as of tomorrow, Saturday, January 31. NHS England has not been able to confirm whether the move is financially related - no reason has so far been given by the health body which confirmed that the closure came this week from dentist Abdul-Basit Booley. An NHS England spokesperson said they had made "repeated requests for clarification of the position" and "the exact reasons for the decision are not clear; no formal, contractual notification has been provided".
