Michael Monroe will perform at the last of the three Frozen Apple winter concerts Saturday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Valleywood Golf Course clubhouse, 4851 McAndrews Road in Apple Valley . The concert, part of a series sponsored by the Apple Valley Arts Foundation, is free.
