Rincon Police: Not-so-nice neighbors and sticky fingers at Walmart

From incident reports at the Rincon Police Department: Oct. 11: An officer stopped a driver for running a stop sign on Rahn Street. The driver was cited for the stop sign violation and for possessing drug-related items.
