Jarrod Tutko Jr.'s parents to appear in court to face evidence in death of their 9-year-old son

Jarrod Tutko Jr. couldn't tell Harrisburg police what life was like inside his dark, feces-covered room in the 2100 block of Green Street. The boy's parents, Jarrod Tutko Sr., and Kimberly Tutko, will be in a Dauphin County courtroom at 11:30 a.m. Thursday to face criminal homicide charges in connection with the death of their son in late July.
