A former pediatric dentist who worked out of Framingham was sentenced Monday to one year at the Middlesex County House of Correction and three years' probation following charges of possessing and distributing child pornography. Melvin A. Ehrlich, 52, of Millis, pleaded guilty last Thursday to two counts of distributing material showing "a child in a state of nudity or sexual conduct" and three counts of possessing child pornography, according to a statement from the Middlesex District Attorney's office.
