SILVER CITY >> Gov. Susana Martinez announced Monday two new appointments to the Western New Mexico University Board of Regents and other New Mexico universities, according to a news release. The two new WNMU regents will be Daniel Patterson of Sandia Park and Jerry Walz of Tijeras.
