Dentists and dental hygienists were two of the professional groups that opposed a measure to allow new residents who are licensed elsewhere to practice for one year without receiving a Colorado license. Regulatory reform was supposed to be a subject around which all Colorado business groups would rally this year, and about which legislators would find some consensus.
