Arrest warrant issued for stiletto - stabber'

A Belgian tourist accused of stabbing a fellow clubgoer with her stiletto heel at The Gansevoort hotel's rooftop bar last August failed to show in court Monday - and an arrest warrant was issued. But Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Denise Dominguez said the defendant didn't have the court's permission and issued a bench warrant.
