Disciplinary hearing for Kamloops dentist

Doctor Bobby Rishiraj is being investigated after a teenage girl suffered a heart attack while he was removing her wisdom teeth in November of 2012. It's believed Rishiraj used propofol, also known as deep sedation, which he does not have a licence to use.
