After a Which? report said people could be paying too much for dental care, Dr Amarjit Gill from the Grangewood dental practice in Wollaton gives his views. When you have to buy professional services - whether from a solicitor, architect, doctor or dentist - you cannot precisely specify your problem, and so it is difficult to expect a fixed up front price for the service.
