Ipswich Mayor Paul Pisasale defends $80k board role

Ipswich Mayor Paul Pisasale has defended his role on the board of a publicly listed company where he is paid $80,000 a year, which is on top of his $200,000 annual salary as mayor. The Courier Mail newspaper has reported Cr Pisasale earns $80,000 a year on the side for his involvement in Perth-based Antaria, which makes sunscreen and make-up.
