Out-of-market lenders lift Buffalo SBA program

The SBA is planning to to create a database of accelerators and their impact as part of the awards program. Two out-of-town lenders approved a combined $10 million in local small business loans in December, helping to boost the overall number of loans and dollars approved for the first three months of federal fiscal year 2015.
