Neighborhood resident Dr. Lael Banner is opening a new dental practice, Banner Dental , in The Sedges, at 8540 1st Ave. NW, Suite 8, beginning Feb. 9. "We are a kid friendly, and community based dental practice. Our goal is to provide our neighborhood with accessible, affordable, quality care," Dr. Banner said by email.
