Retired local dentist wins PUD's iPad

Retired Wenatchee dentist Bernie Kopfer is the winner of the iPad the Chelan County PUD was giving away to qualified county residents who filled out a lengthy opinion survey. "I was startled and surprised when my wife told me they had called," said Kopfer, who now volunteers running the low-cost dental clinic for Lighthouse Ministries.
