A Shreveport dental clinic will offer free care to uninsured children Sunday. Kool Smiles in the 3700 block of Jewella Avenue will offer the dental care from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Their "Sharing Smiles" free care day will feature dentists who will provide treatments such as dental exams, limited emergency care, extractions, fillings and baby tooth root canals and crowns.
