From January 2005 to December 2013, the attorney general's office alleged that Dr. Jennifer Lee and her corporation, Wollaston Dental Care, fraudulently billed MassHealth using a specific code used for palliative emergency treatment of minor dental pain. Yet Lee was using the billing code for nearly every patient visit even when dental services didn't meet the criteria, according to a release.
